My name is Nigel Ward. I founded Tribunal Claims Hub (a trading name of Legal Claims Ltd) while conducting my own tribunal claim. While I was preparing my claim I was frustrated with the lack of resources and the quality of help for litigants in person and saw the need to help others in a similar situation to me.

My Story
I hold a qualifying Law degree and have worked in industry within the human resources and property teams of large retail, healthcare and FMCG organisations most of my working life. I have experience of working inside the tribunal system dating back to 2008, while representing claimants in the employment tribunal. I have also supported clients during my time at the Citizen's Advice Bureau.
When I struggled to find resources recently to help me to build my own tribunal case, and I found there to be very little, I saw an opportunity to share my experience and knowledge to assist other people with employment related problems.
If you are having a problem at work then my aim is to provide you with quality researched legal material, general employment law updates and useful tools such as letter and application templates for you to either resolve your problem with your employer, or if that cannot be achieved then to pursue your case at tribunal.
